It all started in 2019 at UCF, when Nick spotted Renee studying in the corner of a campus building and went over to introduce himself. Our first date was at Foxtail Coffee on campus where we discussed school, business, and tax strategies. Afterwards we walked to class, and Nick said that “We’d look good in pictures together.”

A few nights later, Renee came over to Nick’s apartment for a dinner date, where she tried charcuterie for the first time. Afterwards we had chocolate ice cream and watched Anchorman 2. Before the date was over, Nick took out his camera and we took our first picture together. By the time the semester ended, we made our relationship official in an Ikea parking lot.

Five years later, with Nick’s birthday approaching, Renee asked him what he wanted. He replied, “All I want for my birthday is you.” So, we headed to New Smyrna Beach, and there on the boardwalk, on Nick’s birthday, he asked her to make it forever. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate the rest of our story with you!
